We’ve talked about illustration They Didn't Burn Witches, They Didn't Ban Books – They Banned Thinking, They Burned Women RBG T-Shirt . and graphic styles plenty. Let’s turn out attention towards another favorite design manifestation of mine: logos. I find them to be a very difficult and complex part of branding, that can make or break a business.Gestalten is a famous German book publisher championing visual content from graphic design, in particular. Now, if we piece these two together we get the newest edition of Los Logos, the 8th one in the series. It was launched in September of last year but now is still an excellent time to bring it to your attention. The collection is a guide for designers, brand managers or marketing strategists inside the world of contemporary logo designs. It explores examples from all over the world, with insights on creative processes, developments and, of course, trend predictions. It’s inspiration on steroids, with interviews that reveal approaches from both big brands and small, undiscovered studios. The book is perfectly curated, with an amazing layout, constituting a necessity for any professional in the industry wanting to understand the evolution and status quo of the logo. Therefore, Los Logos 8 should be on your desk right now as an indispensable guide to turn to. Anytime you feel like you’re running out of creative juices, this 400-page book will spark it up again.

This is why you buy
Purchased August 2020, ‘heavy cotton’ 100% cotton, color ordered and received is pure white, made in Nicaragua, with no odor when new. Fabric is thick enough to be opaque and not so small to be form fitting (I am pretty wide), suitable for wear as a shirt as well as an undergarment. My XL was really an XL-long which means it has a long trunk section that will not come un-tucked (plumbers crack for instance) but not so long it looks odd if you wear it un-tucked. Double stitching at seams with an arm length slightly above the elbow. This is ideal for applying company logos, or tie dye. Perfect for a full figured male (or female) or a thin person who doesn’t want a clingy fit. Completely satisfied.
