Oops All Consequences shirt
It’s funny, the things that stick with you. The other day, I was thumbing through a rack of t-shirts at this quirky little shop downtown, and then I saw it, staring back at me like some kind of existential joke: Oops All Consequences. I burst out laughing. It just felt…right. I mean, how many times have I done something, anything, and then BAM – instant repercussions? Like, remember that time I thought it’d be a brilliant idea to try and dye my hair blue, the night before my cousin’s wedding? Yeah, let’s just say that the “slightly teal” look didn’t exactly go over well, particularly with my aunt. My cousin, bless her ass, tried not to laugh, and just kept saying it “adds character”.

The thing is, nobody really tells you about the sheer volume of consequences that life throws at you. You read all these self-help books promising enlightenment and effortless success, but they gloss over the gritty details – the late-night emails regretted, the impulsive purchases that leave you broke, and the times you blurt out something utterly mortifying in front of the wrong people. It’s a constant tightrope walk, and sometimes, you just… stumble. I recall once telling a white lie about having a celebrity sighting to impress a new date. He then became obsessed with the subject, and I had to spend a whole evening pretending to remember details about the encounter. Let’s just say, the date didn’t progress beyond that night.

That shirt, though…it’s not just a cynical slogan. It’s also a little bit of a comfort. It’s an acknowledgement that, yeah, we screw up. We make mistakes. We choose poorly. And sometimes, those choices have lasting impacts. The relief, though, comes in the realization that you’re not alone. I mean, look around. Everyone’s got a story. Everyone’s got a “consequence” or two (or twenty) tucked away in their memory banks. It’s the human condition. We fumble, we fall, we pick ourselves back up (hopefully). Then there’s the whole other aspect: taking responsibility. Because while it’s tempting to blame external factors – the traffic, the boss, the weather – at the end of the day, you’re the one holding the bag. It’s a humbling process. It’s a process, where you start to understand, even, how your actions have set other factors in motion. It’s that moment you fully take ownership, the sting of being accountable suddenly lessening when faced with, well… the consequences. It’s not about being perfect, that’s just not realistic. It’s about owning the narrative of your life. It’s making amends, learning from experiences, and trying not to repeat the same blunders twice.

Great quality fits perfectly
Very good quality especially for the purchase price for two. I bought them large and oversized for my tall and thin 15 year old daughter she likes to wear them with shorts and knee high socks and combat boots looks super cute on her and she’s happy and comfy I bought her an extra large and the shirts come to her mid thigh
